25 March, 2024
RDS Canada social work student, Ashley Boucher, and nursing student, Avery Duguay, were recently awarded the Dave Marshall Leadership Award for their contributions to supporting people affected by rare dementia. This Leadership Award recognizes students who make outstanding contributions to their academic program, campus or community.
Ashley and Avery also presented their work at the Undergraduate Research Conference to showcase student involvement in RDS Canada’s translational research and our increasing knowledge regarding multi-generational support for families affected by rare dementia.
Congratulations again to Ashley and Avery! We wish them well as they embark on their careers following June graduation.
