We encourage anyone with any interest in rare dementia to register.
Choosing a registration option below will take you to a new window, where you’ll find a short form to fill in. When you register with RDS Canada we will ask you to fill in a few details about your interest in rare or young onset dementia, where you live and how we may contact you. Once you have registered, you will receive an acknowledgment via email providing you with more information. You will also have options available such as contact with our direct support team, access to individual, couple, family, and group support as well as the ability to attend any of our educational sessions and webinars.
