The Road Less Travelled is a grief and loss group for family or friends of someone with a rare or young onset dementia diagnosis. This group runs on a weekly basis, for seven weeks, and is currently being offered to family or friends supporting someone who is in the later stages of a diagnosis. The group offers a confidential, virtual space to discuss topics such as understanding and normalizing the experience of loss, changing roles and the impact on identity in the process of loss, and planning in later stages.

Group will run on Thursday mornings starting February 23, 2023.

Participants must be residents of Canada and take part in an initial phone call with a direct support team member prior to the start of group.
